Why evidence matters
Remote does not mean generic.

Remote design asks you to become Jennica’s eyes on the property; Small Seeds Co. reviews the evidence, identifies uncertainty, and requests replacements before making unsupported decisions.
Growing conditions
Sun patterns, soil, drainage, trees and roots, irrigation or establishment watering, wind, wildlife, and known environmental constraints.
Reliable dimensions
Measurements, elevations or slope clues, doors and windows, hardscape, utilities, access, fixed objects, and anything that must remain.
Still photographs
Wide context views, each garden area from several angles, problem details, existing plants, adjacent structures, and access routes.
Continuous walkthrough
A slow, narrated route through the property helps connect individual photos. A live virtual review may be requested when confidence is still low.
What the design can support
- Focused beds, multiple garden areas, or a whole-property/phased direction.
- Planting character, named plant information, seasonal thinking, care, and visual guidance appropriate to scope.
- An optional install-ready handoff when that deliverable is approved and included.
- DIY implementation, self-sourcing, or handoff to a locally selected installer.
The handoff is honest
Remote information cannot replace every local verification. Utilities, code, engineering, property boundaries, exact grading, and unknown subsurface conditions remain local responsibilities.
Any installation range is conceptual—not a quote. A contracting installer verifies the site, determines their own costs and capacity, and issues their own final proposal.
Installer referral is never promised. Data is shared only with purpose-specific customer consent and only where real approved coverage exists.
