A calm, evidence-led path

Do the design work before making expensive garden decisions.

Remote and local clients share one responsible design process. The path branches only after design, site evidence, and fulfillment are understood.

  1. Step 1

    Explore

Understand the service paths, evidence standard, and the difference between design and implementation.

  2. Step 2

    Check fit

Share the broad project, location, timing, and investment context without completing the entire design questionnaire first.

  3. Step 3

    Build the brief

Create or access your account, define separate garden areas, and provide the property and lifestyle context.

  4. Step 4

    Supply evidence

Submit measurements, photos, walkthrough video, site conditions, access, utilities, and constraints.

  5. Step 5

    Review & scope

Small Seeds Co. evaluates evidence confidence, requests replacements when needed, and confirms the design service and investment.

  6. Step 6

    Design

Jennica develops the approved direction, presents it, and completes the revision included in the service scope.

  7. Step 7

    Approve & care

Approve the design, choose a responsible implementation path, and use the care guidance to establish and expand the garden.

Remote continuation

DIY, self-source, or hand off locally.

  • Add an install-ready packet only when it is part of the approved scope.
  • Select your own local installer, or consider a consented referral only where approved coverage exists.
  • The installer completes their own verification and final proposal.

Local continuation

Separate implementation review.

  • Verify site, access, scope, season, and capacity.
  • Issue and accept a separate boutique implementation proposal.
  • Procure, schedule, install through quality gates, close out, and support establishment care.
